After a long journey to the Samburu Plains, our leadership team and Wadada students, led by the incredible Reverend Nelly and Child Evangelist Mary, kicked off our April Children’s Rally! Boys and girls from the surrounding areas arrived in droves for this life-changing event.

Each event takes lots of pre-planning, and a significant boots-on-the-ground approach to support so many local youths. Our Wadada Students put their leadership skills to work, leading kids in songs, games, classes and more. They prepare meals and help the children as needed.

Our team brings in hundreds of mattresses, and enough food to feed everyone two to three meals a day. Check out our images to get a glimpse of the hard work that goes in to putting on such an important event.
