Although our Samburu Plains Children’s Rally has come to a close, we want to take a minute to thank our incredible Wadada Student Leaders. Pulling off an event of this magnitude requires hard work, coordination, and unwavering dedication, and it’s thanks to these exceptional young men and women that our rally was a resounding success.

A key factor of our Wadada Children’s House is to give youth the tools to thrive once they are adults. Through these Children’s Rallies, our students get to practice and hone these skills, better preparing them for the future.

Throughout the rally, our students stepped up to the plate, leading classes, orchestrating songs and games, and even preparing meals for hundreds of children. Beyond their roles as leaders, they served as mentors and pillars of support for their younger peers. They are invaluable, something not often heard about youth in this region of the world.

We are truly blessed to see how far each student has come. Thank you to all of our supporters whose generosity has made this growth possible.

Together, we celebrate the remarkable journey of our Wadada Student Leaders and look forward to the continued impact they will undoubtedly make in the world.
